How we make our Metal Water Bottles

Cut welded pipe to correct length, 2 diameters for inner and outer walls

Shape bottle via our hydro-bulging process

Waterproof and thread features added with thread machine

Seal and secure the inner shell to the outer shell by automatic electric welder
5
Place bottles into vacuum chamber to remove any air between shells to create insulation function
6
Polish and clean mouth and body of bottles, and press fit bottom cover
7
First inspection: product quality control and insulation test

Brand via our Screen Printing or Laser Engraving machines

Final inspection: branding quality control
